E is for Expectation
Expect the learner to ‘have a go’, its alright not to get it the first time, just keep trying! There should be no fear of failure in learning, its counterproductive because learners will shy away from attempting things if there is a fear factor.
Having an expectation of children to learn gives them some autonomy, it shows them that you trust them enough to be able to achieve things by themselves. Great for their self esteem!

March activities
Well its been a great March at Little Big Fitness. For the littles we concerntrated on ‘me’, and made a book, focusing on one body part a week and drawing, writing then seeing what we can do with it.
The adults had initial fitness testing, the basics of a 300 set, and boxing. Its been a bit of a short month, so we extended the ‘Me’ book theme and will move onto ‘some of my favorite things’ in April (with an Easter activity as well), then start on ‘Pirates’ in May (so excited!)
So here are some of the kids beautiful artwork so far, thanks guys, you have been fantastic!
